Fine/Sock Weight Superwash Merino- 100g total- 540 yards/380m
I used Lang Yarn, Mille Colori Baby- colorway 845.0053
5.0mm (H) hook or hook needed to obtain gauge
needle to weave in ends
Special Stitches
SH = Shell
[2dc. Ch2. 2dc] in the same st
Inc SH = Increase Shell
[1dc. Ch2. 2dc. Ch2. 1dc] in the same st
Picot
Ch3. 1sc in 3rd ch from hook- 1 picot completed
Gauge
4 Shells and 9 rows = 4”/10cm
Finished Dimensions
Wingspan- 36”/91cm
Height- 16”/40cm
Notes
- (4) completed shells will be added over every two rows beginning on row 4
- Project may require blocking, depending on yarn used. I did not feel the need to block my finished piece
- To make shawl longer simply continue increasing until desired size is reached
