Cityscape Convertible Cowl
This cowl is incredibly easy and works up quite fast. Pattern is available in sizes extra small, small, medium, large, xl and xxl. Its construction features simple chains and sc stitches. I used the fsc stitch for the beginning chain but I have also included instructions for a regular chain start if you are not comfortable with that stitch. This design will give you lots of bang for your buck and can be worn in a variety of different ways.
Designing this cowl was one of those instances where inspiration strikes and I’ve just got to run with it. I put down everything else I was working on and quickly worked up this versatile cowl/shrug. I opened up a naming contest to my fans and awarded the winner with two skeins of Lion Brand’s Thick and Quick Wool Ease to make this pattern (thank you to Lion Brand for sponsoring this giveaway, it is always a pleasure to work with you).
There were over 150 votes but the one the tickled my fancy the most was, Cityscape Convertible Cowl. Congratulations to Beverly Teitzel Ross and thank you coming up with this great name. This is now a paid pattern. I had offered the pattern for free for one week. You can now find this pattern in my Ravelry store…
The pattern comes in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL.
