Button Down Dress
Take an old button down shirt and turn it into a dress for your little girl. Just add a crocheted halter top and voila, a light and airy summer sundress.

Caron Simply Soft or other worsted weight yarn to meet gauge
Button down shirt- the size modeled is a woman’s size small, but you can use any size, even a mans large, it would just be more ruffled

G/6/4.0mm hook or hook needed to obtain gauge

STITCH GUIDE
ch(s) – chain(s), sc – single crochet, hdc – half double crochet, st(s) – stitch(es), RS – right side, CL – cluster
SPECIAL STITCHES
Cluster (CL) – *YO, insert hook in st and draw up a loop, YO and draw through 2 loopps; repeat from *2 more times in same st, YO and draw through all 4 loops on hook.
NOTES
- Written in size 2 with size 4 instructions in parenthesis
- Final stitch counts for size 2 in parenthesis with final stitch count for size 4 in brackets.
- For gauge purposes: one stitch set is: *hdc, CL, sk 1, CL*.
