Neck Warmer Pattern Compilation

December 23, 2015 By: Cre8tion Crochet

Neck warmers are amongst one of my favorite type of crochet neck wear accessories. I love how they can sit close to your neck, providing warmth, without being to constricting all the while adding a touch of style to your wardrobe. Talk about a fantastic dual function clothing accessory; functional and stylish. I’ve gathered 10 free neck warmer patterns, two of them that I’ve done before and love them.

5. Key Lime Neck Warmer by Fiber Flux

The Key Lime Neck Wrap is a pretty accessory that adds a splash of color to a gray day. A simple stitch sequence with a pretty eyelet row is super simple for beginners, but is equally engaging for seasoned crocheters as well. Worked with a large hook, the result is a very quick project that is warm, lofty, and beautiful.

6. Fiona Button Scarf by Fiber Flux

The Fiona Button Scarf is a lovely piece for both fall and winter and is crocheted lengthwise in a slightly modified granny stripe. Two buttons join it together to create a long loop like an infinity scarf, or wear it unbuttoned for a traditional scarf. Versatile and pretty, lofty and warm! No need to crochet button holes either, just use the decorative holes from the scarf.

9. Reversible Neck Warmer by Book People Studio

This is a true neck warmer. It’s not really a cowl. Although it does bunch a little bit, it doesn’t hang or drape like a traditional cowl and provides little warmth for the chest. But it’s perfect for when you just need a little something to keep your neck from freezing where it sticks out of your starter jacket.

10. Izzy Neck Warmer by Same DiNamics Crochet

This is an incredibly simple and easy neck warmer that you can whip up in a matter of just an hour or two. It sits comfortably close to your neck and buttons up for closure.
