YOGA MAT BAG FREE CROCHET PATTERN

YARN
DK(#3) Light Worsted weight. Approximately 1000-1200 yards.

MATERIALS
G/6(4mm) hook, stitch markers, tapestry needle, 1”-1 ½” metal ring (D-ring or metal keychain split ring works great)

DIFFICULTY
Easy

FINISHED SIZE
Approximately 30” tall and 6” wide (flat)

GAUGE
6 scs wide x 7 rows tall = 2” x 2” square swatch

STITCH GUIDE
ch(s) – chain(s), sc – single crochet, flosc – front loop only (loop closest to you) single crochet, dc – double crochet, st(s) – stitch(es), sl st – slip stitch, MC – magic circle, fsc – foundation single crochet

SPECIAL STITCHES
Shell: [(dc, ch1) 3 times, dc] in indicated stitch.
Spike: Insert hook into st indicated 1 round BELOW last, yarn over and pull up loop around previous round, yarn over and pull through all loops on hook.

NOTES
Beginning chains (ch1, ch3, etc.) do NOT count in final stitch counts UNLESS noted at beginning of round.
