Notes on Construction
The Nonpareils Tank is made in two panels that are worked from the bottom up. The hips are the same width, or near the same width, for the front and back panels, then each panel adjusts accordingly for the back measurement and the bust measurement. Stitches are skipped on each side of the panels to create the underarm spaces, then the front and back panels are each worked in rows until the straps. The straps are worked separately on both panels. Once the panels are complete, they are seamed together using the mattress stitch. Optionally you can add the textured detailing to the top and bottom of the tank.
