STITCH GUIDE

ch(s) – chain(s), sc – single crochet, st(s) – stitch(es),  BLO – back loop only, FLO – front loop only, RS – right side, WS – wrong side, rep – repeat

NOTES

  • First ST in same ST as turning ST, (ex. when you sl st to the end of the row, you will ch 1, then when you turn you will begin in the very last sl st made)
  • Beginning ch never counts as a st
  • Row 1 is worked in the back ridge of the beginning chain
  • Rows 2 through the end are worked in the BLO only
  • It seem like the gloves are beginning to “slant”.  DO not worry, once joined they will straighten.

FINISHING
Sc around edges (Thumb hole, Top and bottom), weave in ends, If desired add a fun trim or edging by Single crochet to your finishing row.  For more fun add a puffier trim to the BLO and a thinner trim to the FLO.  Hint with Pom Pom I find if you will crochet on the WS the effect looks better once you turn it back to RS.

Fun option: Try a filly ruffled edging or trim in the BLO of your SC trim, and a shorter textured yarn to the FLO with a SC to get a layered trim effect.
