1: Lacy Crochet Halter Top
This Lacy Halter Top is a free pattern from Yarnspirations! This top is begging to go to a music festival or a picnic down by the lake! You will need a Dk weight #3 yarn like Bernat Softee Cotton, or Sarasota by Cascade Yarns. Both yarns are 60% cotton and 40% acrylic. You will also need a size D3/3.25mm and F5/3.75mm crochet hook. This pattern is designed for sizes XS-2X and is considered easy level. My favorite part is the picot edge along the top!

2: Willow Mesh Crochet Market Bag
What’s a trip to the beach without a cute market bag? The Willow Mesh Market Bag designed by BrianaK Designs is the bag you need a day out on the town, or sitting in the sand at the beach. This bag has recently taken the crochet internet by storm and the pattern is free on Briana’s blog! The bag comes in 3 different sizes: Small/20 x 12″, medium/22 x 14″, and large/24 x 16″. This simple 2 round repeat will have you coming back for more! You will want to grab a worsted #4 weight cotton or cotton blend yarn like Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton (my favorite for bags), or WeCrochet Dishie.

3: Palm Beach Crossbody Bag
This Boho-chic crossbody bag is perfect for a day wandering through a beachside town. It is the perfect size for all your essentials, without weighing you down. This bag uses Lion Brand Rewind, a tape-stye yarn that visually looks a little like raffia, but is actually made of polyester and viscose so that it is super soft to the touch. You will need and H8/5mm crochet hook to complete this fun accessory.

4: Granny Square Bucket Hat
No vacation is complete without a bucket hat! And this hat may or may not have a matching bag pattern! You’ll just have to check out the pattern for yourself! The designer recommends any cotton or acrylic worsted #4 weight yarn like Knit Picks Brava Worsted or Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton. Be sure to grab your I9/5.5mm crochet hook and 20 stitch markers too!

5: Pineapple Soap Cozy
This adorable Pineapple Soap Cozy from Eye Love Knots is that and more! This pouch makes a great gift! Throw a handmade soap inside, or even some candy or jewelry and this becomes a super thoughtful gift and perfect for those with Summer Birthdays! Worsted #4 weight cotton yarn like Lily Sugar & Cream would work best for this pattern.

6: Alfresco Top
This simple top can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion! Designed by Make and Do Crew, this breezy top uses a sport weight 100% acrylic yarn that is no longer available. Personally I don’t like acrylic for wearables so I’d probably go with a cotton or cotton blend like Circulo Charme, or Knit Picks Comfy Sport. This pattern is written for 9 sizes! Xs – 5x, so you are certain to be able to make the top fit you!

7: Checkered Water Bottle Holder
I don’t know about you, but I’m very picky when it comes to crocheted water bottle holders! I want one that is sturdy, and has dense stitches. The lacy ones and mesh ones tend to stretch a lot, but dense stitches won’t do that as much. I also want a thick strap, again to help with stretch and to be more supportive throughout the day. A thin strap will become uncomfortable against your shoulder as the day wears on. This checkered water bottle holder from Caab Crochet “checks” all the boxes and it is super cute! Lion Brand’s 24/7 cotton, Circulo Natural Max Cotton, or WeCrochet Dishie would be excellent choices for this water bottle holder!

8: Summer Vibes Coasters
These Summer Vibes Coasters by Rich Textures Crochet will be so fun sitting on your backyard table at the family BBQ! It looks harder than it is! The stitch combo is just single crochets and front post double crochets. The designer recommends a worsted #4 weight cotton like Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton or WeCrochet Dishie.

9: Summer Seaside Blanket
Everyone needs a good Summer throw stashed in their car. You never know when inspiration may strike and that cute park you’ve always driven by but never stopped at is calling your name! Throw down this Summer Seaside Blanket by Happy Heartsy and stitch for a while, or just stare at the clouds on a pretty day. The designer used about 2100 yards of Red Heart Super Saver, a 100% acrylic worsted #4 weight yarn. Personally I would use a cotton/acrylic blend for Summer time like Comfy Worsted from Knit Picks.

10: Udi Dress
The Udi Dress is a beautiful, lightweight dress that will have you sashaying your way into your next Summer event with confidence! This design is a free Ravelry download. It calls for one of my all-time-favorite yarns, Charme from Circulo Yarns. I reach for this 100% Brazilian Cotton yarn over and over again! You will need about 1300 yards and a size D3/3.25mm crochet hook to make this stunning project!
