Made by Novella Exclusive Yarns Review

Recently I had the chance to review a new yarn from Made by Novella. The colorway I was given is the first available in the new collection and is called Signature.

When my package arrived in the mail I was so excited to open it. Novella even included a handmade stitch marker for me, and the colors matched the yarn.

The colors are absolutely stunning. Each color change is worked together perfectly and all the colors together look amazing.

The Signature colorway offers a touch of an energizing bright pink, soothing green, calming indigo and balancing tan. In between, there are subtle touches of cream to help bring it all together.

Because this yarn is handspun there are variances in the thickness which really set your stitches off. Thick and thin handspun is one of my favorite yarns to work with and Novella’s Exclusive Yarns was definitely one of the best I’ve used so far.

I would definitely work with this yarn again. Maybe I’ll make a hat to match the cowl I made, you can find the free pattern for the Kaleidoscope Cowl here.

Be sure to check out the Made by Novella shop on Etsy for more crochet goodies. Each skein of Novella’s Exclusive Yarn is available for $36 which is comparable to other handspun yarns on the market, though you’d have to search high and low to find another with such beautiful colors all in one skein.  Tell Novella I sent you!!!
