Migi the Whale
I recently had an order for some hats that would match Little Whale Bedding by Migi. As I was looking at the bedding for inspiration I was struck with the desire to make a little amigurmi whale to add as an extra little gift. I know that my customer will be thrilled with it and that the mom to be will love it even more!
I’m not sure if this little guy fits in with the rules of amigurumi since I’ve never followed any ami patterns before, but he is fun and easy to make! He took me about 3 hours but that was with frequent breaks to take care of my little one and taking my time writing the pattern out. I have no idea how long he will take the next time, but I definitely plan on making more soon!

approx. 6” long from tip to tail

If he really needs to be washed I’m sure he can be thrown in the machine

less than $2 for the amount of yarn used.

read above, I have no ghastly idea, but I’m gonna guess 2hours

These rounds (unless otherwise noted) are NOT joined. I counted my stitches as if they were joined so you may want to use a stich marker, moving it along to the last st of every row as you go
