Finger crocheting is a hot new trend. It is something I have not tried yet but Lisa Jelle of Kaleidoscope Art & Gifts, one of Cre8tion Crochet’s contributors has created this pattern exclusively for the fans of Cre8tion Crochet.

Materials
- Hook (if NOT finger crocheting): S hook
- Worsted Weight Yarn
- Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
Gauge (S hook)
3 sts x 3 rows= 2”x2” test swatch
Sizing
One size fits all. Finished cowl measures approximately 12” wide FLAT (NOT stretched) and approximately 8”-10” tall.
Abbreviations and stitches required
– FCch- finger crochet chain (watch video above for description and how to)
– ch- chain
– FCsc- finger crochet single crochet
– sc- single crochet
– sl st- slip stitch
– st(s)- stitch(es)
Notes
IF you are choosing to crochet this with a HOOK-vs-finger crocheting, concentrate on keeping your stitches VERY loose and consistent, otherwise gauge will be significantly wrong.
